Kat and I have been low carbing it up for over a year now. I can honestly say that it has been the best way for us to lose weight. It took about a month to adapt but once we did, it was super easy and the pounds just melted away. There is a misconception that if you can’t eat carbs like pasta, rice and potatoes that food doesn’t taste as good. Well that is not true!
