Keto lunches are something I used to struggle with. You want something that is easy to make. If you’re taking it to work or school you may want something that can be eaten cold, and bonus points if you can prep it ahead of time so you can grab it and go on busy days.
These are some of the easy keto lunch ideas that are perfect for doing weekly meal prep. Having a few options ready and in the fridge really helps me stay on track whether I’m having lunch at home or taking it to work with me.

Simple Keto Lunch Salads
