I don’t know about you but weeknights around my house are crazy-busy. I spend most of my day running errands with my 22-month-old, Harper. Once we get home she goes down for a nap while I do a couple of loads of laundry , clean up the dishes from breakfast, and TRY to tame the sea of legos and toy cars that is trying to take over the living room. My husband picks up our 4-year-old, Sawyer, on his way home from work and the two of them have a about 30 minutes to get home, get changed and eat dinner before rushing out the door for swim class.

Some days it seems like I barely have a chance to shower much less prepare a meal for my family. That’s why I love Campbell’s® Skillet Sauces! In just about 15 minutes I can get a warm, delicious meal on the table and feed everyone before they rush off to the next thing.

All you need to make a complete dinner is to cook a meat or seafood, add the skillet sauce of your choice , and serve over a side of pasta, rice or potatoes. Since my freezer is currently full of leftovers from Thanksgiving I made this 15 Minute Turkey Marsala using leftover turkey and mashed potatoes. If you don’t have any leftovers you can use turkey or chicken cutlets, they only take about 10 minutes in the oven, or grab a rotisserie chicken at the grocery store.

Campbell’s Skillet Sauces made it so simple. I just defrosted my turkey in the microwave. Then I put it in my skillet and added the Campbell’s Skillet Sauces Chicken Marsala. While it cooked I heated up the mashed potatoes. In just 15 minutes the Turkey Marsala was ready.

The whole family loved it! I’m always happy when I can get Sawyer to try something new and he cleaned his plate. The best part was that I was able to sit down, however briefly, and eat a hot meal with my family without spending hours in the kitchen. It was so much better than having pizza delivered, again.
