If I didn’t love my air fryer before cooking pork chops in the air fryer would have made me a believer! These air fryer pork chops were perfectly tender, juicy, and packed full of flavor after just 9 minutes in the air fryer.

This recipe is super versatile too. Once you master cooking your boneless pork chops in the air fryer you can season them any way you like. I highly recommend our baked ranch pork chops…soooo good!

Serve them with a batch of crispy air fryer potatoes, or keep it keto with air fryer Brussels sprouts, air fryer broccoli, or air fryer asparagus for a complete air fryer dinner that is ready in less than 30 minutes.

Instructions

  1. Brush the pork chops with a light coating of olive oil and then rub your spice mix into them.
  2. Working in batches place your pork chops in the airy fryer basket. Do not stack the pork chops, place them side-by-side.
  3. Set the temperature to 375 degrees F and the timer to 9 minutes. Start cooking the pork chops.
  4. Halfway through stop the timer and remove the basket, flipping the pork chops over. Replace the basket and start timer.
  5. When done check the internal temperature to ensure that it is 145 degrees F and then remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.

I couldn’t believe how tender and juicy these pork chops were! When I cook pork chops in the oven I always have to worry about drying them out but with the air fryer they come out perfectly cooked every time.

How Long Do You Cook Pork Chops in the Air Fryer?

Fresh – If you are cooking fresh pork chops in the air fryer you’ll cook them at 375 degrees F for 9 minutes.

Frozen – Yep, you read that right, you can cook frozen pork chops in the air fryer! If you are cooking frozen pork chops you’ll cook them at 375 degrees F for 10-14 minutes.

This timing relies heavily on the size of your pork chop. If your chops are thicker or have the bone in you’ll need to cook them longer.

Make sure to have an instant read thermometer on hand so you’ll know when they are cooked through. You’ll know your pork chops are done by using your thermometer to check that the the internal temperature is 145 degrees F.

What Size Pork Chops Should You Use?

I used 1 inch thick, boneless pork chops for this recipe. If you use a thicker pork chop, or ones with the bone in you may need to add additional time. Start with an additional 2 minutes and use your meat thermometer to ensure they are cooked all the way through.
