When I was a kid one of my favorite after school snacks was Chocolate-Dipped Frozen Bananas. I remember dipping them and covering them in toppings and then putting them in the freezer for a quick treat after I got home from school. I had totally forgotten about this easy snack recipe until recently and my kids are absolutely loving it!

What Do You Need to Make Chocolate-Dipped Frozen Bananas?
- Bananas
- Milk Chocolate or Dark Chocolate
- Toppings such as peanuts, pistachios, almonds, walnuts, pecans, sprinkles, dehydrated fruit, dried fruit, toasted coconut or anything else you like!
How to Make Chocolate-Dipped Frozen Bananas
- Peel the bananas and slice bananas in half width-wise.
- Press a lollipop stick or a popsicle stick into the cut end of each banana.
- Place the finely chopped chocolate into a microwavable coffee mug and microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between each, until fully melted.
- Dip the banana pieces into the melted chocolate. Tap the stick in the banana gently on the rim of the mug to let extra chocolate fall off.
- Lay each chocolate-dipped banana on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper or parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the bananas with your desired toppings and place the baking sheet in the freezer to freeze bananas.
- After 1 hour place chocolate-dipped bananas into an airtight container and leave in the freezer until ready to serve.
