Ham Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sliders
These delicious Ham Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sliders are one of my new favorite ways to feed breakfast to a crowd. Soft Hawaiian rolls, scrambled eggs, sliced ham, and lots of cheese are baked until everything is perfectly melted together.
They are simple hot breakfast sandwiched that are super easy to make and make a great addition to a holiday brunch or weekend tailgating.

Can You Make These Breakfast Sliders Ahead of Time?
I don’t suggest making and baking these sliders ahead of time but I’m all about prepping everything ahead so you have less work to do in the morning.
To prep these breakfast sliders you can:
- Scramble the eggs and place them in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
- Shred the cheese and store it in the refrigerator.
- Slice your ham, or buy already sliced ham and store in the refrigerator.
This way all you have to do is assemble your breakfast sliders in the morning and top them with the butter mixture before placing them in the oven to bake.

I would love to try the ham, egg, and cheese breakfast sliders. Do you have suggestions for freezing them? Do you think they should be frozen after baking or before? Maybe each sandwich wrapped in foil? I’m thinking if they are frozen they will need to be completely thawed before reheating them and then maybe heated in the foil for awhile? It’s just me at home so I would just eat them one at a time. Thank you for any tips you might have!
