I LOVE chili in all shapes and forms. I make it without beans, Cincinnati Chili with it’s hint of cinnamon, and  Pale Ale Beer Chili with that tang of beer and the mellowing flavor of bell peppers, and with beans, my Chipotle Chili with it’s smoky seasonings and black beans, and this awesome Instant Pot Chili with hot peppers and kidney beans.

Whether you like your chili hot and spicy, mellow and smokey, with, or without beans, making it in the Instant Pot is the way to go. You get all of the flavor that comes from simmering for hours in half the time!

Is This Instant Pot Chili Spicy?

Yes! With a mix of chipotle peppers and fresh jalapeno peppers, this is a spicy chili. If you want to turn down the heat level you can use half of the fresh jalapenos and chipotle peppers. You should still use all of the adobo sauce in the can just set half of the chipotle peppers to the side and don’t use them.
