With almost 1 million views this was at the top of our list for 2021. This creamy, cheesy, keto casserole gives you all of the things you love about chicken Alfredo without the carbs. It was a hit with our families and based on the comments your families love it too!
We didn’t stop there though, we shared keto chicken and broccoli Alfredo casserole, keto chicken Alfredo zucchini lasagna, and keto Cajun chicken Alfredo as well. All three are totally delicious and a great way to get back on track with that keto diet in the new year.
Right on the heels that the Alfredo casserole was the amazing low carb pizza casserole (#1 in 2020!!). It’s a favorite at my house because you can customize it with your favorite pizza toppings.
Whether you’re looking for a keto meal to stick with your diet or you just want a healthier version of pizza in the new year this casserole or our keto meat lovers pizza stuffed peppers are the perfect solution.
If you love your carbs we’ve got you covered with this pizza casserole made with pasta!
With all of those Alfredo recipes it should be no surprise that our keto Alfredo sauce was #3. I’m gonna let you in on a little secret, any good, homemade Alfredo sauce should be keto. It doesn’t require flour for thickening the Parmesan does all of the work!
This creamy, cheesy sauce is just as good on your keto chicken Alfredo casserole as it is on our chicken Alfredo lasagna rolls and shrimp Alfredo pasta.
This easy lunch recipe was our healthy take on tuna salad with fresh pico de gallo, avocado, and a light tuna and mayo combo. Stack them up like we did or just put them all in a bowl together, either way it is a keto lunch that will keep you satiated for hours.
If you like this kind of lunch try our Buffalo Chicken Salad, Curry Chicken Salad, Mango Chicken Salad, or Turmeric Chicken Salad too.
You guys LOVE chicken Alfredo! These lasagna roll ups are a fun take on a classic with delicious chicken and cheese rolled up in lasagna noodles and covered in Alfredo sauce before baking. It makes a great weeknight dinner for the family.
Check out our traditional lasagna rolls, and mini lasagna roll ups for appetizers (including this chicken parmesan version) too!
We both love pecan pie and from the looks of it you guys do too. These pecan pie brownies have been one of our top recipes for years now and they never get old!
We’ve taken that delicious pecan pie filling and added it to more desserts to keep the pecan pie love going. Make sure to try our Puff Pastry Pecan Pies, Pecan Pie Bread Pudding, and Pecan Pie Cheesecake Brownies too.
This may be one of my all-time favorite recipes. I love enchiladas and I’m a sucker for a good red enchilada sauce. Add beef and onions, and layer everything between flour tortillas before baking and you end up with an amazing comfort food that will feed a crowd!
Not a fan of beef? No worries, we made a chicken enchilada version too. We also have a great chicken tortilla casserole, and you might be interested in our king ranch chicken casserole as well.
It makes my heart so happy to see this recipe in our top 10, where it has been since we first shared it back in 2015! This was my grandma’s recipe for coconut cake and it was my favorite dessert as a kid (still is!).
It starts with a box of cake mix and adds a bunch of other ingredients to make a delicious, moist cake. Then you frost it with a cream cheese frosting and, the real key, cover it with fresh coconut on the outside.
That fresh coconut is what takes this cake to the next level! We’ve made a sheet cake version, and cupcakes too!
If you are looking for more classic cake recipes make sure to try our chocolate fudge cake, and hummingbird cake too.
Another recipe that has been a fan favorite for years and years! These Philly cheesesteak sliders are easy to make and totally delicious. They are the ultimate game day food and perfect for a Super Bowl party.
Even if you aren’t watching the game the kids will love these little sandwiches for a weeknight dinner.
We LOVE sliders and we have so many versions. Make sure to give our Easy Meatball Sliders, Chicken Parmesan Sliders, Buffalo Chicken Sliders, Chili Dog Sliders, and Copycat Big Mac Sliders a try and click here for more slider recipes.

Our taco cups are a great options for a taco appetizer that your keto friends can enjoy as well. If you don’t have time to make the shell you can try our chicken taco bowl for a quick keto lunch!
