Place in food processor. Place all ingredients except for olive oil and salt in a food processor. Add half of the olive oil and begin to puree.
Add salt to taste. Continue to pour the olive oil into the mixture as it purees until you reach a smooth consistency. Add salt to taste and enjoy!

Then stir in the cheese, you can use the blender again if you want to break the cheese up more.
