CAN YOU FREEZE MANGO SALSA? Yes! Keep it in a freezer bag or container that is airtight. The salsa will last around 3 months in the freezer. Thaw it in the refrigerator and if you want to add some more mango right before serving.

HOW LONG DOES SALSA WITH MANGO LAST IN THE FRIDGE? Mango avocado salsa will last 1-2 days in the fridge. You should always keep it airtight and use a tight-fitting lid. If you don’t add the avocado until when you are ready to serve it, it will last around 3 days. The avocado will turn brown, and that is totally normal. The lime juice will help with this, so don’t skip it!
