OREO EYEBALLS

OREO is America’s favorite cookie and there’s nothing better than sharing it with people, except when it is crushed and rolled up into the delicious, simple goodness that is the OREO Eyeball. These No-Bake Oreo Ball Eyeballs are a spooky treat that you can make for a Halloween party or just an easy Halloween dessert for the family!

8 oz Cream Cheese softened 1 package Oreo Cookies finely crushed (about 3 cups) 16 oz White Candy Melts or Almond Bark 8 oz Red Candy Melts

Ingredients

Step 1

Crush Oreos.  Place Oreo's in a ziploc bag and crush them.

Step 2

Mix completely. Mix crushed Oreo cookies with cream cheese until thoroughly blended together.

Shape balls. Shape into 1 inch balls and place in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.

Melt white candy melts. Put the white chocolate melts in a microwavable bowl or mug and microwave for 30 seconds.

Step 5

Dip balls. Working in batches of 5 (leaving the rest in the freezer) dip the balls in the melted white candy melts.

Step 6

Make iris. Melt colored melts for iris of eyeball. Use a spoon to put the melted chocolate into a sandwich baggie. Snip a little bit off of one corner to make a hole. Make a circle with melts.

Step 7

Make pupil and veins. Melt colored melts for pupil and veins. Make pupil desired shape. For veins, make thin red lines coming from iris in different directions.

Step 8

Let chocolate harden. – Let the chocolate harden completely then store in an airtight container until ready to serve.

They taste as good as they look, and you can make them several weeks in advance and store them in the freezer. It takes a lot of pressure off of you when you’re getting ready for a party and you’re guests are going to love them.
