Mexican 7 Layer Dip is an easy appetizer to make for parties. Layers Tex-Mex flavors come together in to make a simple cold dip to serve with tortilla chips.

32 ounces Refried beans 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning 2 cups Guacamole 2 cups Sour cream 2 cups Cheese 3 cups Tomatoes 2.25 ounces Black olives 1/4 cup Green onions

Step 1

Combine seasoning. In a bowl combine the refried beans and taco seasoning. Stir until smooth.

Make layers. In a bowl combine the refried beans and taco seasoning. Stir until smooth. Top with a layer of guacamole. Spread a layer of sour cream over the guacamole. Add a layer of cheese over the sour cream.

Make layers. Next a layer of fresh tomatoes. Top with black olives and green onions.

Cover and refrigerate. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

CAN YOU MAKE IT AHEAD OF TIME? You can make this dip a day ahead of time and cover it with plastics wrap, or better yet, make it in a pyrex dish with a lid, and store it in the refrigerator. 7 Layer Taco Dip is served cold, so when it’s party time you pull it out of the fridge.
