16 ounces Salmon, 4 – 4 ounce filets 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard 3/4 cup Pistachios, roughly chopped Salt & pepper

Preheat oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Salt. Lightly salt and pepper both sides of each salmon filet.

Add Dijon. Add Dijon mustard to each filet and then press the chopped pistachios into the mustard.
