Melt chocolate. Fill a small saucepan with water and place a medium size glass bowl on top of it. Bring water to a simmer. Add chocolate and butter to the bowl and stir until it melts.

Add biscuits. Continue to stir until the chocolate mixture is completely smooth then remove it from the heat and fold in the broken Maria cookie pieces.

Let cool. Cut two large pieces of parchment paper. Divide mixture in half. Tightly roll the chocolate mixture into a tube. Twist the ends of the paper and tie each end with a string. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
