2 pounds Chicken breast, cut into thin strips approximately 2 inches long 3 Bell peppers, mix of colors, deseeded and cut into strips 1 medium Onion, halved and cut into slices 2.5 tablespoons Fajita Seasoning
INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine. In a large bowl combine the chicken, pepper,and onion.
Add seasoning. Sprinkle with seasoning and toss everything together until well coated.
Cover and bake. Place all of the ingredients in a 9×13 inch casserole dish and cover with foil.
Uncover and bake again. Place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue to bake for 15 minutes more.
Enjoy. Serve immediately.
