Crusting Buttercream Frosting
A crusting buttercream perfect for making icing that can be smoothed.
Servings 16 people
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 1/2 c Shortening
- 1 lb Confectioner sugar
- 1/3 c Water
Mix the butter, shortening and confectioner sugar.
Add 1/3c water a tablespoon at a time until the consistency is where you like it.
