Granola Fruit Tart
This easy granola fruit tart is a delicious breakfast recipe that is perfect for brunch!

Servings 12 slices
- 4 c. Quaker® Simply granola crushed
- 1 stick Butter softened
- 4 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 c. Vanilla greek yogurt
- 8 oz Cream cheese , softened
- 1/2 c Sugar or sugar substitute
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 envelope Gelatin
- Fruit of your choice
Preheat oven to 350.
Put Quaker® Simply Granola in a freezer bag and hit it with a mallet or rolling pin to crush it.
Combine crushed Quaker® Simply Granola, softened butter and honey in a bowl.
Press mixture into 11" tart pan
Bake to 10 minutes
Let cool completely.
Mix yogurt, softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and gelatin in a mixer until whipped completely.
Pour filling into cooled tart crust
Place tart in refrigerator for least an hour before serving.
Top with desired fruit and serve.
