French fries piled into a skillet and covered in melted cheese and grilled steak these Loaded Steak Fries are the ultimate party food!

Instructions

  • Rub both sides of the flank steak with the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Then place in a casserole dish and cover with plastic. 
  • Let the steak marinate for 20 minutes. 
  • Preheat your grill 
  • Place the steak on the hot grill and cook 7 minutes on each side, or until the steak is cooked to your preferred level of doneness. 
  • Let steak rest while you bake the french fries. 
  • Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the bag of french fries. 
  • Bake fries according to package instructions. 
  • Once fries are baked remove the from the baking sheet and place them on the skillet. 
  • Sprinkle grated cheese over the fries, then place them back in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. 
  • Cut steak into 1/2-inch cubes.
  • Remove fries from oven and top with steak, fresh tomatoes, and Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to use any cheese and Litehouse Chunky Bleu Cheese if you prefer!
