French fries piled into a skillet and covered in melted cheese and grilled steak these Loaded Steak Fries are the ultimate party food!

French Fries

Flank Steak
,grilled

Worcestershire sauce

Kosher Salt

Cheddar Cheese

Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing
(more if you like!!)

Cherry tomatoes

Instructions
Rub both sides of the flank steak with the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Then place in a casserole dish and cover with plastic.
Let the steak marinate for 20 minutes.
Preheat your grill
Place the steak on the hot grill and cook 7 minutes on each side, or until the steak is cooked to your preferred level of doneness.
Let steak rest while you bake the french fries.
Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the bag of french fries.
Bake fries according to package instructions.
Once fries are baked remove the from the baking sheet and place them on the skillet.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the fries, then place them back in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Cut steak into 1/2-inch cubes.
Remove fries from oven and top with steak, fresh tomatoes, and Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing

Feel free to use any cheese and Litehouse Chunky Bleu Cheese if you prefer!
