Ingredients

  • 1- 1 ½ lbs Chicken breast , cubed
  • 8 oz Cream cheese , softened
  • ½ c Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 Jalapeno , seeded & diced
  • 2 c fresh Broccoli florets
  • 1 c Mozzarella , shredded
  • ½ c Parmesan , shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Mix the cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in large bowl.
  • Add the diced jalapenos and stir until combined.
  • Add the cubed chicken to the cheese mixture and fold together until the chicken is coated in the cheese.
  • Spoon into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Nestle broccoli florets into the chicken.
  • Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover and bake for 25 mins. Uncover bake for an additional 5 mins.
  • Enjoy!
