Low Carb Jalapeno Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
This easy jalapeno chicken and broccoli casserole is covered is a low carb recipe that is rich, creamy, and a little spicy.

- 1- 1 ½ lbs Chicken breast , cubed
- 8 oz Cream cheese , softened
- ½ c Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 Jalapeno , seeded & diced
- 2 c fresh Broccoli florets
- 1 c Mozzarella , shredded
- ½ c Parmesan , shredded
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix the cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Add the diced jalapenos and stir until combined.
Add the cubed chicken to the cheese mixture and fold together until the chicken is coated in the cheese.
Spoon into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
Nestle broccoli florets into the chicken.
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake for 25 mins. Uncover bake for an additional 5 mins.
