Salted Caramel Chocolate Skillet Cookie
This skillet cookie recipe is a chocolate chip cookie filled with rich creamy caramel, white chocolate chips, and salty, crunchy pretzels.

- 30 oz tube Chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 . c Crushed pretzels
- ¼ c Caramel , melted
- ¼ c White chocolate chips
- 1 c Häagen-Dazs TRIO Salted Caramel Chocolate
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Divide cookie dough in half and press one half of dough into the bottom of the skillet and up the sides.
Fill center with crushed pretzels, white chocolate chips and melted caramel.
Place the rest of the dough on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are brown.
Serve with Häagen-Dazs ice cream!
