This Whipped Ricotta and Tomato Dip blends ricotta and goat cheese with fresh summer tomatoes for a light appetizer recipe that everyone will enjoy.

  • 16 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 8 oz Goat cheese , softened
  • 2 tsp Rosemary , finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 c Cherry Tomatoes , cut into quarters
  • 5 Basil leaves , thinly sliced


  • In a food processor combine ricotta cheese, goat cheese, rosemary, salt and pepper. 
  • Blend until fully combined and smooth.
  • Scoop cheese mixture into a serving bowl and top with chopped tomatoes, basil, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Enjoy!
