Tuna Avocado Sushi Cups

These light and delicious tuna avocado sushi cups are a beautiful appetizer filled with the flavors of your favorite sushi roll.

Ingredients

  • 16 Phyllo Cups
  • 8 oz. Ahi tuna sushi-grade, finely diced
  • 1 Avocado diced
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Mirin
  • 1 Tbsp Black Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Dice the tuna into small cubes.
  2. Dice the avocado into small cubes.
  3. Gently toss together being careful not to mash the avocado.
  4. In a small bowl mix together soy sauce and mirin.
  5. Scoop the tuna mixture into the phyllo cups and drizzle with the soy sauce mixture.
  6. Top with black sesame seeds.
  7. Enjoy!
