Tuna Avocado Sushi Cups
These light and delicious tuna avocado sushi cups are a beautiful appetizer filled with the flavors of your favorite sushi roll.

- 16 Phyllo Cups
- 8 oz. Ahi tuna sushi-grade, finely diced
- 1 Avocado diced
- 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Mirin
- 1 Tbsp Black Sesame seeds
Dice the tuna into small cubes.
Dice the avocado into small cubes.
Gently toss together being careful not to mash the avocado.
In a small bowl mix together soy sauce and mirin.
Scoop the tuna mixture into the phyllo cups and drizzle with the soy sauce mixture.
Top with black sesame seeds.
