Bacon Ranch Chicken Biscuit Casserole

This tasty chicken casserole recipe is made with four of my favorite ingredients, rotisserie chicken ranch dressing, bacon, and biscuits!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Jumbo Biscuits quartered
  • 2-1/2 cups Rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 14.5 ounces Diced Tomatoes undrained
  • ½ cup Bacon cooked & diced
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • Ranch dressing as much as you like!

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish and set aside.
  • In a bowl combine chicken, biscuits, undrained tomatoes, bacon, and cream cheese.
  • Place mixture in a greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Add cheddar cheese and continue to bake until cheese has melted and biscuits are golden brown.
  • Drizzle with Ranch dressing before serving.
