5 Layer Mediterranean Dip

This simple 5 layer Mediterranean Dip is filled with layers of hummus, olives, Golden Greek Peperoncinis, roasted red peppers, and feta cheese.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Hummus
  • 1 cup Mezzetta Deli-Sliced Mild Pepper Rings chopped
  • 1 cup Mezzetta Deli-Sliced Roasted Red Bell Peppers chopped
  • 1 cup Kalamata Olives chopped
  • 3/4 cup Feta Cheese crumbled

Instructions

  • In the bottom of a small dish place 3 oz. Hummus,
  • On top of hummus make 3 layers using 1/4 cup Kalamata Olives, 1/4 c up Deli-Sliced Mild Pepper Rings, and 1/4 cup Deli-Sliced Roasted Red Bell Peppers
  • Top with 1/4th of the Feta cheese.
  • Repeat for each dish.
  • **Note: The measurements in this recipe are for 4 small ramekin size servings. You can make this recipe in a large casserole dish you will just need to use a little more of each ingredient.
