Shrimp Boil Kebabs

Basted in butter and Old Bay seasoning these delicious Shrimp Boil Kebabs are perfect grill recipe for a summer party!

  • 24 Shrimp large, tail-on
  • 12 ounces Andouille Sausage cut into thick slices
  • 3-4 ears Corn cut into 1 inch slices
  • 1 pound Baby Red Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay divided
  • 1 teaspoon Salt divided
  • 1 clove Garlic finely minced
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • Lemon wedges


  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and add 1 Tbsp of Old Bay and 1/2 tsp of salt.
  • Drop in the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes then add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Make your skewers by putting 2 potatoes, 2 corn slices, 2 sausage slices,and 2 shrimp, on each skewer.
  • Melt butter and add the remainder of the salt and Old Bay seasoning and the garlic.
  • Baste both sides of the skewers with the butter mixture and place them on the grill.
  • Cook for 5-8 minutes turning once halfway through and continuously basting with butter mixture.
  • Remove from the grill, give the kebabs a light dusting with some more Old Bay and serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over them.
  • Enjoy!
