Shrimp Boil Kebabs
Basted in butter and Old Bay seasoning these delicious Shrimp Boil Kebabs are perfect grill recipe for a summer party!

- 24 Shrimp large, tail-on
- 12 ounces Andouille Sausage cut into thick slices
- 3-4 ears Corn cut into 1 inch slices
- 1 pound Baby Red Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay divided
- 1 teaspoon Salt divided
- 1 clove Garlic finely minced
- 1/2 cup Butter
- Lemon wedges
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add 1 Tbsp of Old Bay and 1/2 tsp of salt.
Drop in the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes then add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
Make your skewers by putting 2 potatoes, 2 corn slices, 2 sausage slices,and 2 shrimp, on each skewer.
Melt butter and add the remainder of the salt and Old Bay seasoning and the garlic.
Baste both sides of the skewers with the butter mixture and place them on the grill.
Cook for 5-8 minutes turning once halfway through and continuously basting with butter mixture.
Remove from the grill, give the kebabs a light dusting with some more Old Bay and serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over them.
