Blood Orange Mojito

Blood oranges and a little mint make this Blood Orange Mojito beautiful and delicious.

  • 6 sprigs of mint + more for garnish
  • 1 ounce Blood orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 ounce Light rum
  • 2 tablespoons Simple syrup
  • Seltzer Water


  1. Pour the blood orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup into a glass.
  2. Add your mint leaves and crush them with a muddler.
  3. Add light rum and fill the glass the rest of the way with seltzer water.
  4. Garnish with blood orange slices, and mint.
