Seared Tuna Salad with a Miso Vinaigrette

This light and fresh seared tuna salad is a healthy lunch option mixed with mangoes and avocados and topped with a Miso vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Mixed greens
  • 1 package Bumble Bee SuperFresh® Seared Ahi Tuna with Garlic-Peppercorn Rub
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp White miso
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger grated
  • 1/2 Tbsp Toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 c Rice wine vinegar preferably unseasoned
  • ½ c Vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  • Prepare Bumble Bee SuperFresh® Seared Ahi Tuna with Garlic-Peppercorn Rub according to package instructions.
  • Thinly slice mango and avocado.
  • Fill bowl with greens and then top with mango, avocado, and Bumble Bee SuperFresh® Seared Ahi Tuna with Garlic-Peppercorn Rub.
  • Add remaining ingredients to a separate bowl and whisk together until combined.
  • Pour miso vinaigrette over salad and enjoy!
