Chicken Quesadillas

CRispy, cheesy chicken quesadillas are good for lunch, snack, or dinner. Comfort food at it's best!

  • 1 6 " Old El PasoTM Flour Tortilla
  • 1/2 c Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 Tbsp Green Peppers diced
  • 1 Tbsp Onion diced
  • 1/4 c Grilled chicken cooked and diced
  • 1 Tbsp Butter


  • Put half of butter in a pan and heat on medium high until it begins to melt.
  • Add flour tortilla and on one half of the tortilla sprinkle cheese, onions, peppers and chicken.
  • Cook until cheese begins to melt and then flip the empty side of the tortilla over onto the cheesy side.
  • Press down and let cook until cheese is completely melted.
  • Cut and serve!
