Sausage Potato Casserole

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Prepare an 9x13-inch pan by spraying lightly with non-stick spray.
In a large skillet cook the pork sausage until it is browned, approximately 6-7 minutes.
In a large bowl combine the sausage, mushroom soup, milk, onion, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined.
In the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish add half of the potatoes, spreading them out so they cover the bottom of the dish.
Next, add half of the sausage mixture and spread it over the potatoes.
Top with 4 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese.
Repeat the layers once more ending with the cheese on top.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
