A delicious s'mores cookie made from sugar cookie cups filled with dark chocolate ganache and topped with a toasted marshmallow.

Ingredients
Sugar Cookie Cups

oz.
Dark Chocolate
¼
c
Heavy Cream
12
Marshmallows
Instructions
Chocolate Ganache
Finely chop chocolate.
Microwave heavy cream 1 minute or until it begins to boil.
Pour hot cream onto chocolate and stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
S'mores Cups
Add ganache to each cookie cup and top with one half of a marshmallow.
Toast marshmallow with torch.
