Foil Packet Red, White, and Blue Potatoes
These grilled potatoes are made easy by cooking them in a foil packet with a mix of herbs and butter.

Ingredients
4
lbs
Red
white, and purple potatoes
1
Tbsp
Rosemary
minced
1
Tbsp
Thyme
minced
4
Tbsp
Butter
1
tsp
Salt
Instructions
Par boil potatoes until just soft enough to stick a fork into. You can do this up to a day ahead of time.
Cut potatoes into small pieces.
Toss with herbs and salt.
Place pats of butter on top of potatoes.
Wrap in foil and place on the grill for 20 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, cheese, and bacon.
