Zesty Potato Salad

A zesty potato salad made with yellow mustard for a little extra tangy vinegar flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Red potatoes
  • 1/2 c Celery
  • 4 Eggs boiled
  • 1/2 c Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Heinz Yellow Mustard
  • 2 tsp. Salt

Instructions

  • Cut potatoes into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
  • Boil potatoes until tender.
  • Dice celery.
  • Boil eggs and dice.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Add salt to taste.
