Mexican Keto Meatballs

These spicy meatballs are made with Mexican spices, jalapenos and cheddar cheese. Low carb and gluten free!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound 80/20 Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoons Cumin
  • 2 tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Jalapenos finely diced
  • 3 ounces Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Roll into 2 inch balls, they will shrink as they bake.
  • Bake on a baking sheet for 20-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
