Easy Fudge Chocolate Cake for Game Night
Easy Fudge Chocolate Cake that is super moist, topped with ganache and marbeled with a fudge & M&M's center.
- 1 box Fudge Chocolate Cake Mix follow box directions
- 1 cup M&M's crushed
- 6 oz. Hot Fudge
- 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 8 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- *Walnuts optional
Preheat oven to 325°F for dark pan and 350°F for shiny metal pan.
Prepare cake batter according to box directions.
Pour 1/2 the batter into a greased bunt pan.
Swirl in hot fudge, then add crushed M&M's and brown sugar.
Add remaining batter.
Bake for 35-38 minutes
Let cool completely- very important or it will stick.
Add hot almost boiling heavy cream to finely chopped chocolate.
Stir until melted and smooth.
Pour over cooled cake.
Top with walnuts- optional
