Slow Cooker Beef Taquitos

These slow cooker taquitos made with Campbell’s® Shredded Beef Taco Slow Cooker Sauce are an easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • Campbell’s® Shredded Beef Taco Slow Cooker Sauce
  • 2 lb Beef Chuck Roast
  • 12- 16 6 inch flour tortillas
  • 16 oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • Salt
  • Add-ins such as jalapenos bell peppers, and onions (not required)

Instructions

  1. Place 2 lbs of chuck roast in slow cooker.
  2. Lightly salt the roast.
  3. Add 1 packet of Campbell’s® Shredded Beef Taco Slow Cooker Sauce to slow cooker.
  4. Set slow cooker to Low for 7-8 hours.
  5. Once meat is ready shred it and mix it thoroughly with the sauce.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°F
  7. Add a small amount of meat to each tortilla along with cheese and any add-ins.
  8. Roll up the tortillas and place them on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Once crisp remove from the oven and enjoy!
