Winter Beef Stew with Campbell's® Slow Cooker Sauce

This slow cooker beef stew recipe will save you time and warm you up on cold winter nights!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef stew meat browned
  • 1 packet Campbell’s® Slow Cooker Tavern Style Pot Roast Sauce
  • 1 Turnip
  • 1 Parsnip
  • 3 Carrots
  • 7 oz. English Peas frozen

Instructions

  • Brown stew meat in a skillet.
  • Chop up vegetables.
  • Put all ingredients except the peas into the slow cooker.
  • Cook for 8hrs on low.
  • In the last hour add frozen peas.
  • Serve over rice, or in a bread bowl.
