  1. Place shredded chicken in a skillet and add taco seasoning and water. Stir together and cook until water is gone.

  2. Add seasoned chicken, avocados, pico de gallo, and queso blanco to a bowl of lettuce. 

  3. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

NOTE: This recipe can be anything you want. Season your chicken with the taco seasoning and use any mix-ins you like. You can also layer these on top of cauliflower rice instead of lettuce if you prefer.
