In a small microwave-safe bowl combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between each, until it is smooth.

In a large bowl add the rice cereal. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over it, gently stirring until everything is well coated.

Place brownie mix in bag with chocolate coated cereal and shake until well coated. This may need to be done in two batches. If so, place half of the brownie mix in the bag before tossing half of the cereal in it.

In a large bowl combine the coated rice cereal, caramel corn, chocolate peanut butter candy, mini chocolate peanut butter cups, and candy eyes. Toss together.
