Banana Split Cheesecake Salad

Banana Split Cheesecake Salad has all of the flavors of a classic banana split and cheesecake combined in one amazing fruit salad perfect for a side dish or dessert.  Every bite is banana split cheesecake heaven!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Strawberries
  • 3 medium Bananas cut into coins
  • 20 ounces Pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 10 ounces Maraschino Cherries cut in half
  • 2.5 ounces Peanuts chopped
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 3.4 ounce Instant cheesecake flavored pudding unprepared
  • 1 cup French Vanilla Creamer liquid
  • 2 tablespoons Chocolate sauce

Instructions

  • In a medium tall bowl, using an electric mixer, whip cream cheese until it becomes smooth. It may bind up in the beaters, but continue as is and it will loosen up. Add dry pudding mix. Beat until well combined.
  • With mixer running slowly add creamer to the cream cheese mix. Add it about a tablespoon at a time and then mix until it becomes a smooth mixture and all of the creamer has combined into the cream cheese. Continue until all of the creamer has been added to the cream cheese. Whip until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, combine sliced strawberries, banana coins, pineapples, and lemon juice. Stir until all the fruit is coated with lemon juice. Add the maraschino cherries and chopped peanuts.
  • Pour cheesecake mixture over fruit. Gently fold cheesecake mixture into fruit.
  • Chill until ready to serve or serve immediately. Drizzle with chocolate syrup right before serving.
