Place chocolate chips in a large microwave-safe bowl.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the chocolate chips and stir together.
Place in the microwave and cook initially for 1 minutes then stir well and continue microwaving for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until the chocolate if fully melted and smooth. Approximately 3-5 minutes.
Add the chopped nuts and stir them in.
Pour the chocolate fudge into a parchment paper lined 9x13 inch baking dish and smooth out the top with a spatula.
