Ham Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sliders

These Ham Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sliders are delicious little hot breakfast sandwiches that are the perfect way to feed a breakfast crowd.

Ingredients

  • 12 Eggs
  • 1 pound Ham sliced
  • 8 ounces Cheddar Cheese finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Dried minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • In a large bowl whisk together the eggs.
  • Pour the eggs into a greased skillet and scrambled over medium high heat until fully cooked. Set aside.
  • Cut slider rolls in half separating the top half from the bottom half and placing the bottom half of the slider buns in a greased casserole dish or on a baking sheet.
  • Place a small amount of scrambled eggs on each of the bottom buns.
  • Place a layer of sliced ham over the eggs on each slider bun.
  • Top each slider with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Place top buns on the cheese.
  • In a small bowl mix together melted butter, dijon mustard, dried minced onions, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds.
  • Spread butter mixture over the sliders.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm.
