Cheesy Bacon Brussels Sprouts

These Cheesy Bacon Brussels Sprouts are an easy side dish for a weeknight dinner. Perfectly cooked Brussels sprouts are simmered in a creamy sauce and topped with bacon and cheese for the ultimate side!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1.25 teaspoons Salt divided
  • 2 ounces Cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices Cooked bacon chopped
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  • Add olive oil and brussels sprouts. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt and cook for approximately 10 minutes until brussels sprouts begin to soften and brown in spots.
  • While brussels sprouts cook mix together the heavy cream, onion powder, garlic powder, and remaining ¼ teaspoon of salt.
  • When the brussels sprouts are ready remove them from the heat and pour the heavy cream mixture over them.
  • Sprinkle with bacon and cheddar cheese over the brussels sprouts.
  • Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is perfectly melted.
  • Enjoy!
