Oven Chicken Fajitas

Oven chicken fajitas are a super simple and keto friendly dinner your family will love! It requires very little prep and cooks up in less than an hour for an easy meal any day.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken breast cut into thin strips approximately 2 inches long
  • 3 Bell peppers mix of colors, deseeded and cut into strips
  • 1 medium Onion halved and cut into slices
  • 2.5 tablespoons Fajita Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl combine the chicken, pepper,and onion.
  • Sprinkle with seasoning and toss everything together until well coated.
  • Place all of the ingredients in a 9x13 inch casserole dish and cover with foil.
  • Place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue to bake for 15 minutes more.
  • Serve immediately.
