1 Pineapple ½ Red Onion 1 Red Bell Pepper 1 Orange Bell Peppers 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed 2 ½ Tablespoons Finely chopped cilantro 1 Tablespoon Tajin Seasoning See post above for directions on how to make your own.
Remove the pineapple stem and peel then cut the pineapple in half and remove the core.
Finely dice the pineapple, bell peppers, red onion, and cilantro and place in a medium bowl.
Add the tajin seasoning and lemon juice over the top and mix well.
