Mediterranean Mezze Platter

Our Mediterranean version of a charcuterie board, this mezze platter is piled high with meats cheeses, fruits, vegetables, dips, and spreads.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Hummus
  • 8 ounces Tzatziki
  • 8 ounces Feta cheese
  • 8 ounces Prosciutto
  • 8 ounces Salami
  • 16 ounces Fresh figs
  • 8 ounces Olives
  • 16 ounces Grapes
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 8 ounces Grape tomatoes
  • 4 ounces Pistachios
  • 8 ounces Tabbouleh
  • Assorted bread and crackers

Instructions

  • Place a few small bowls for your dips and spreads on a large platter or board. You can also use small bowls or baskets to hold the bread items.
  • Arrange your ingredients around the bowls creating a flow of foods across the board. There is no right or wrong way you just want to create a full board with delicious little snacks covering every inch.
  • Place the bread and crackers on the board, or you can place all or some of them in baskets or bowls alongside the platter. I usually do a mix of both since you can never have too much bread.
