Air Fryer Eggs - Hard-Boiled

Air fryer eggs, while not technically ‘boiled’, are cooked in the air fryer at a low temperature for a set amount of time, giving you a perfectly cooked "hard-boiled" eggs every time.

  • 6 large Eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 300 degrees F.
  • Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and lock it into the air fryer.
  • Set timer for desired cook time and cook. Soft boil eggs: 8-9 minutes. Medium boiled eggs: 10 -11 minutes. Hard boiled eggs: 13-14 minutes.
  • When done carefully remove the eggs from the air fryer and place them in an ice bath for 3 minutes.
  • Remove from the ice bath, peel, and serve.

Notes

These times are a guide for getting perfectly cooked eggs in the air fryer but just like anything else in the kitchen it will take a little experimentation to find the exact time that works for your air fryer. Start with these times and test them out and then add or subtract time as needed to get your eggs just the way you want!
