1 pound Velveeta Cheese 10 ounces Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies (1 can) undrained
Cut the Velveeta cheese into 1 inch cubes.
Place the cubed cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and pour the undrained Rotel over it.
Microwave the cheese and Rotel mixture on high for 5 minutes, then stop and stir the dip.
Continue to microwave the dip for 1-2 minutes at a time, stirring in between, until the cheese is fully melted.
Serve the Rotel dip immediately with chips.
