Raspberry Martini

Raspberry martini is a classy cocktail with a beautiful pink color and smooth sweet taste.

Ingredients

Raspberry Simple Syrup:

  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup water
  • 6 ounces Fresh raspberries

Martini:

  • ½ ounce Raspberry simple syrup
  • ½ ounce Cranberry juice
  • ½ ounce Dry Vermouth
  • 2 ounces Gin or Vodka
  • ½ cup Ice
  • 6 Fresh Raspberries

Instructions

Raspberry simple syrup:

  • Combine ingredients in saucepan and use a spoon to lightly crush the raspberries.
  • Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Once simmering let cook for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and pour into a cup through a fine mesh strainer.
  • Let cool completely.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Martini

  • Add raspberry simple syrup, cranberry juice, dry vermouth, vodka, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake together for 10 seconds.
  • use a cocktail strainer and pour the drink into a martini glass.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve immediately.
