Preheat a skillet on medium heat. Add pulled pork, taco seasoning, and 2 tablespoons of water to the skillet. Heat meat, stirring to mix with the seasonings until the water has been absorbed. Set cooked pork aside.
Clean the skillet and then reheat the pan over medium heat. Add half of butter and heat on medium until it begins to melt
Add flour tortilla to the pan. On one half of the tortilla sprinkle cheese and pulled pork.
Cook until cheese begins to melt and then fold the empty side of the tortilla over the cheesy side. Approximately 2 minutes.
Press down and let cook until cheese is completely melted and the tortilla is lightly browned. Approximately 2 minutes.
Flip the quesadilla onto your cutting board and let cool for 2 minutes before cutting and serving.
