Pulled Pork Quesadillas

These Pulled Pork Quesadillas use tender, delicious pulled pork to make an easy weeknight dinner or a quick and delicious lunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 10 inch Flour Tortilla
  • 2 teaspoons Butter
  • 1 ounce Pulled pork
  • 2 teaspoons Taco seasoning
  • 2 ounces Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat a skillet on medium heat. Add pulled pork, taco seasoning, and 2 tablespoons of water to the skillet. Heat meat, stirring to mix with the seasonings until the water has been absorbed. Set cooked pork aside.
  • Clean the skillet and then reheat the pan over medium heat. Add half of butter and heat on medium until it begins to melt
  • Add flour tortilla to the pan. On one half of the tortilla sprinkle cheese and pulled pork.
  • Cook until cheese begins to melt and then fold the empty side of the tortilla over the cheesy side. Approximately 2 minutes.
  • Press down and let cook until cheese is completely melted and the tortilla is lightly browned. Approximately 2 minutes.
  • Flip the quesadilla onto your cutting board and let cool for 2 minutes before cutting and serving.
