Ice Cream Popsicle Root Beer Float
These quick and easy Ice Cream Popsicle Root Beer Floats are a must for any summer picnic!

- 1 gallon Vanilla ice cream (you can use chocolate also!)
- 4 Liters A&W Root Beer
- Popsicle molds
- Straws
- Wide-mouth mason jars
- Chocolate Syrup & Caramel Syrup (optional)
Let the ice cream soften enough to spoon it into popsicle molds. Make sure the ice cream is packed tightly so there are no air bubbles.
Push a straw into the center of the ice cream to be used as the stick.
Freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight.
Run the popsicle molds under warm water until the ice cream popsicles slip from the mold.
Fill mason jars 2/3 of the way up with A&W Root Beer (add caramel and/or chocolate syrup if you like) and drop a popsicle into each one.
